A reformer is only as good as its frame and its glide. The Afton Pilates Luma Reformer is built from premium North American maple, sanded six times and coated with wood wax oil, on aviation-grade aluminium rails, so the carriage runs smooth and quiet and the frame stays true.

Aviation-grade aluminium-alloy rails with precision sealed-bearing wheels deliver a smooth, quiet ride, and high-density foam with anti-sweat, tear-resistant microfibre upholstery keeps the client supported. Six colour-coded springs (3 red heavy 60 lb, 3 blue medium 26 lb) mount on a 3-position gear bar for fine tension control, and the 7-position footbar in mirror-polished 304 stainless steel supports progressive work. Adjustable headrest and two-position, adjustable-width shoulder rests complete the fit; the reformer measures 2450 x 800 x 350 mm at 104 kg net.
