Impulse VX9521 V Bench Leg Curl

A prone leg curl that keeps the hips locked in

Prone leg curls only isolate the hamstrings if the hips stay down and supported. The Impulse VX9521 V Bench Leg Curl, part of the commercial VX95 series, uses a V-bench design for hip and lower-back alignment, so the hamstrings are fully activated through a safe, controlled curl.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, hotel and corporate fitness centres, and performance facilities wanting a dedicated prone hamstring station.

Key benefits

A V-bench ergonomic design supports proper hip and lower-back alignment during prone leg curls. A biomechanically optimised motion follows the natural curl path for effective hamstring engagement. A heavy-duty steel frame handles high-usage environments, and a precision weight stack with cams and cables delivers consistent resistance. An adjustable ankle roller pad accommodates different heights and leg lengths, and high-density support pads keep the user comfortable and stable.
