REP Fitness AB-5300 BlackWing Adjustable Bench

A bench that keeps full contact in every position

A gap between the seat and back pad on incline pressing costs you support exactly when you need it. The REP Fitness AB-5300 BlackWing adjustable bench uses a patent-pending ZeroGap sliding seat, so you stay in full contact from flat through steep incline.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, boutique studios and serious home lifters who want a commercial-grade flat/incline bench that holds position under heavy loads.

Key benefits

Seven back-pad angles from flat to 85 degrees cover flat presses through near-vertical shoulder work, while three seat angles keep you locked into each position. The ZeroGap sliding seat closes the gap at every angle so there is no dead spot under your back. An 11-gauge steel frame rated for 1,000+ lb with a welded rear foot stays planted during heavy lifts, and the IPF-standard 17.5 in flat height suits pressing biomechanics. A knurled handle and inline wheels let you reposition it, then it settles rock-solid on the floor.

Specifications

Commercial & home use

On a commercial floor the BlackWing is a workhorse pressing station that survives constant adjustment and heavy loads. At home it gives you competition-height, full-contact pressing in one bench.
