REP Fitness Narrow Open Trap Bar Handles 23"

A narrower grip for the Open Trap Bar

Handle width changes how a trap bar feels in your hands. The REP Fitness Narrow Open Trap Bar Handles measure 23 in handle to handle, giving smaller-framed lifters or anyone who prefers a tighter hand position a better fit on the REP Open Trap Bar.

Who it's for

Owners of the REP Open Trap Bar with smaller frames, or lifters who want a narrower hand position for their pulls and carries.

Key benefits

The 23 in narrow spacing suits smaller-framed lifters and a tighter grip, compared with the 25 in standard handles that fit most lifters. As removable, quick-change handles they let you tune the bar to the user without swapping the whole bar.

Specifications

Commercial & home use
