Impulse IFSPC Seated Preacher Curl

Strict biceps work without the cheating

Standing curls invite body English that robs the biceps of the load. The Impulse IFSPC Seated Preacher Curl fixes the upper arm against an angled pad, so the movement stays strict and the biceps do the work.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, studios and home lifters who want a dedicated seated preacher station for isolated arm training.

Key benefits

The angled preacher pad locks the upper arm in place, which keeps the tension on the biceps through the full curl. A seated position sets a consistent starting height for every user. A compact 1,021 × 712 × 824 mm footprint at 25 kg lets the station slot into the free-weight area without taking a full bay.

Specifications

Commercial & home use

On a commercial floor the IFSPC gives you a purpose-built arm station that keeps members off the benches for curls. At home it adds strict biceps work in a small footprint.
