Spirit SP-4222 Smith Machine

A Smith machine that starts light and stops where you set it

A guided bar should be safe to unrack and safe to bail. The Spirit SP-4222 Smith Machine counterbalances the bar to just 2 kg for very low starting resistance, and its adjustable bar stops are easy to identify and set in small increments so lifters train with confidence.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, hotel fitness centres, clubs and college gyms that want a versatile, safe Smith machine.

Key benefits

The bar counterbalanced to 2 kg gives a very low starting resistance, so warm-ups and technique work start light. The vertical design accommodates most exercises and makes set-up easier, and adjustable bar stops in small increments let lifters set safe catch points and train without a spotter.
