Product details
A recumbent bike built for comfort without going soft on the workout
Recumbent bikes are chosen for the seated, back-supported position, but the cheap ones lose challenge as they lose resistance. The Spirit USA XBR55 keeps a 24 lb flywheel and 20 levels of magnetic resistance, so you stay challenged through every session while the large adjustable seat keeps you comfortable.
Who it's for
Commercial gyms, hotel fitness centres, physiotherapy and rehab centres, corporate wellness rooms and home users who want low-impact, supported cardio.
Key benefits
Magnetic resistance across 20 levels lets you set intensity precisely with nothing to wear out. The bright 7.5 in ClearView multi-colour console keeps the metrics you care about in view, including a heart-rate graph to help you hold your zone, and handlebar pulse sensors track it as you ride. Built-in Bluetooth FTMS connects to apps such as Zwift and Kinomap, headphones and a heart-rate monitor, while a removable swivel-tilt tablet holder keeps your screen in view without hiding your workout data. The large high-density foam seat adjusts forward and back and reclines.
