Impulse IFOFB Olympic Flat Bench

A flat bench and bar station built as one

Pressing a heavy barbell off a separate rack and a light bench is where most home setups fail. The Impulse IFOFB Olympic Flat Bench builds the uprights and bar catches into the bench itself, so the chest press works as a single, stable Olympic station.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, hotel fitness centres, clubs and serious home lifters who want a self-contained flat barbell bench for chest and upper-limb work.

Key benefits

Integrated Olympic uprights let you unrack and rerack a loaded bar without a spotter reaching across a separate rack. A net weight of 60.5 kg gives the frame the mass to stay planted under a heavy press, and a 1,525 × 1,310 × 1,265 mm footprint keeps the whole station to one bay.

Specifications

Commercial & home use

On a commercial floor the IFOFB gives you a dedicated flat barbell press that keeps the bar area organised. In a large home gym it removes the need to site a rack and a bench separately for flat pressing.
