Impulse ITF8101 Olympic Shoulder Bench

A shoulder press station built around the natural press path

Free-standing overhead pressing is hard on the shoulders when the bar drifts. The Impulse ITF8101 Olympic Shoulder Bench is a plate-loaded station with a biomechanically accurate movement path, so the bar tracks the natural shoulder press and the deltoids do the work with less strain.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, strength studios, and home lifters who want a dedicated Olympic shoulder press station.

Key benefits

A movement path aligned to the natural shoulder press keeps the load on the deltoids and triceps rather than the joints. Multiple barbell support positions set the start height to the user, so racking and unracking stay safe across different sizes. Commercial-grade construction handles rigorous use, and a space-efficient design fits the station into facilities with limited room.
