Impulse ITF8406 Glute & Ham Bench

A dedicated station for the posterior chain most gyms train badly

Glute-ham raises and back extensions get improvised on benches that were never built for them, and form suffers. The Impulse ITF8406 Glute & Ham Bench gives you a fixed, stable platform built for the job, so members train the glutes, hamstrings and lower back with proper alignment instead of guesswork.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, strength studios, physiotherapy and rehab centres, and serious home lifters who want a purpose-built posterior-chain station.

Key benefits

An ergonomic geometry keeps the spine aligned through the movement, which is what lets a user load a glute-ham raise without straining the lower back. Adjustable footrests and thigh pads set the machine to the user in front of you, so the same bench suits different heights and leg lengths. A heavy-duty frame gives the mass to stay planted under a hard set, and a compact footprint keeps the station to a manageable part of the floor.

Specifications

Commercial & home use

On a commercial floor the ITF8406 gives you a safe, dedicated posterior-chain station for general members and rehab clients. In a well-equipped home gym it adds proper glute-ham and back-extension work without a large footprint.
