Impulse VX9538 Hip Thrust

Glute training that free-weight thrusts make awkward

Barbell hip thrusts work, but loading, balancing and setting up the bar eats time and puts strain on the lower back. The Impulse VX9538 Hip Thrust, from the commercial VX95 Series, guides users through the movement with controlled resistance and proper spinal alignment so members target the glutes and posterior chain directly.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms and performance training facilities that want a dedicated, purpose-built hip thrust station.

Key benefits

A purpose-built design targets the glutes, hamstrings and hip muscles effectively. A biomechanically correct motion path ensures natural hip extension while reducing lower-back strain. A heavy-duty commercial steel frame holds up in high-usage environments, precision cams and guide rods deliver smooth resistance, and the ergonomic back and hip pads keep users secure through the thrust.
