Impulse Plamax PL 9023 Biceps / Triceps

Both arm movements from one station

Biceps and triceps machines usually take two bays for two quick exercises. The Impulse Plamax PL 9023 Biceps / Triceps puts both in one frame, so the arm work sits in a single, guided station.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms, hotel fitness centres, clubs and college gyms that want a dual-function arm station on the floor.

Key benefits

The dual-function design lets a user train biceps and triceps without changing machines, which keeps the floor flowing. Two independent weight stacks, 77 kg and 113 kg, let each movement carry its own load. A compact 1,080 × 1,207 mm footprint keeps the station to a single bay.

Specifications

Commercial & home use

On a commercial floor the PL 9023 gives members guided arm training that keeps them off the benches. In a large home gym it adds isolated biceps and triceps work in one frame.
