REP Arcadia Functional Trainer

A compact functional trainer designed from the ground up

Many functional trainers are adapted from other machines and feel rough. The REP Fitness Arcadia Functional Trainer was designed by REP's in-house Colorado engineering team as a dedicated cable machine, combining commercial-grade construction with a compact footprint.

Who it's for

Commercial gyms and serious home gyms that want smooth, versatile cable training for functional work, hypertrophy, rehabilitation and athletic conditioning.

Key benefits

Dual 170 lb weight stacks (340 lb total) with a 2:1 pulley ratio give smooth, progressive resistance, and you can upgrade to heavier stacks for more capacity. Thirty-two cable adjustment positions let you set the pulleys at the right height for every movement, from chest flys and triceps pushdowns to rows and rotational training. An 81 in cable travel with premium aluminium pulleys provides an exceptional range of motion and ultra-smooth action. Precision-machined hot-rolled steel weight plates with micro-adjustment add-ons ensure consistent loading, and REP's patent-pending trolley system keeps the motion refined.
